First and foremost, our goal is to deliver a beautiful piece that blows you away every time and is, without a doubt, an unbeatable value. In our company, nothing is impossible when almost everything is. We are willing to go the extra mile, mix and match materials and customize any detail to fit both your vision and budget.

For all rings, payment must be received prior to the start of the design process. However, you can reserve a stone by purchasing it first, then creating and paying for the setting at a later time. If you need financing, we recommend PayPal (6 months interest-free). It is our core belief that everyone deserves their dream ring, and cost shouldn’t stand in the way.

Once you communicate your design to us and your payment is received, we will provide you a CAD of your custom design. Please keep in mind that for signature styles, a CAD may not be needed. After that (or before, depending on the ring), you will select your stone. This includes the type of stone, cut, color and carat to be featured in your design. We can custom cut just about any stone, all you have to do is ask. Don’t know which stone to select? We can help you compare sizes. Once we have your stone, our team will send you videos and have you approve it so that we can move onto to the final stage of completing your ring. 

Multiple ways to design a custom piece:

1. Start with any of our signature designs and modify any detail, including cut, color, carat size, stone orientation, basket or setting, just to name a few. Select your metal(s) and tell us your size.

2. Come to us with your inspiration and we will lay out a few ways we can translate it into real life, with your budget in mind.
